Who we are

Webtide Technologies LLP ("Webtide", "we", "us") is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Keshavnagar, Pune - 411036, Maharashtra, India. We build and operate software products for businesses, including CampaignSwift.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website (webtidetech.com) and the products we operate. A product may also have its own privacy policy with more detail, for example CampaignSwift's privacy policy. Where a product's policy is more specific, it applies to that product.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you contact us.
• Account details: when your business signs up for one of our products, the name, email address, business details and billing details of the people who use it.
• Content you add: posts, images, files, comments and other content you create or upload in our products.
• Data from accounts you connect: when you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account, LinkedIn page or another platform, we receive the data that platform shares under the permissions you approve. This can include account names and IDs, posts, insights, messages and media.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs of how the service is used, which we need to keep it working and secure. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

WhatsApp and Meta data

When a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account to one of our products, we process the messages, phone numbers, profile names and media in that business's conversations on the business's behalf. We use this data only to provide the features the business turns on, such as sending approval requests to its clients and recording their replies. The business decides what is processed and is responsible for having a lawful basis to message its contacts. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Our use of data received from Meta follows the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy.

How we use data

• To provide, maintain and support our products.
• To publish content and send messages that you or your team schedule or approve.
• To run AI features that you choose to use, such as drafting a caption or summarising client feedback.
• To send service emails, such as account, security and billing notices.
• To keep our products secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers that help us run our products, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• The platforms you connect, such as Meta or LinkedIn, when we publish or send something on your behalf.
• Authorities, when Indian law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data

We keep account data and content for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise its data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the service.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and only staff who need access to run the service have it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email info@webtidetech.com with the subject "Data request". We reply within 30 days.

If your data reached us through a business that uses our products, for example as a client of an agency, we will pass your request to that business and help it respond.

How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete your data in any of these ways:

• Email us at info@webtidetech.com with the subject "Delete my data". Write from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number or account the request is about.
• Disconnect an account in the product's settings. We stop receiving data from it straight away.
• Remove our app from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, find our app and remove it. We then delete the data we received through it.

We confirm every deletion request by email and complete it within 30 days.

Children

Our products are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Data outside India

Some of our service providers store or process data outside India. When they do, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and follow any restrictions the Government of India sets.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we also tell account owners by email before it applies.
